Julia is member of Bucharest Bar Association since 2006, having graduated from the University of Bucharest Law School, as well as from Universities Paris-Panthéon Assas (Maîtrise en droit, mention Droit des affaires), Paris Nanterre (Maîtrise en Droit – Mention Droit international et européen) and Paris-Panthéon Sorbonne in partnership with Paris Sud (Master en Droit, Droit Innovation Communication Culture, spécialisation Droit de l’innovation technique).
She has relevant expertise in drafting, review and negotiation of contracts, with a particular focus on IT and SaaS contracts.
Julia also has extensive knowledge and experience in Personal Data and Privacy issues, including GDPR compliance.
Julia assists clients in Business and Corporate Law, Consumer Law, Intellectual & Industrial Property, and Due-diligence procedures.
Fluent in English and French.
RAMONA GHIUGAN

Ramona is member of Bucharest Bar Association with a professional experience of over 11 years.
She acquired significant experience in litigation practice, representing clients before courts in administrative law matters, as well as in labor, commercial and corporate law.
Ramona is specialized in labor law and tax, drafting, review and negotiation of contracts, Intellectual and Industrial Property.
She also advises clients on various compliance matters having a broad knowledge in Personal Data and Privacy issues, including GDPR compliance.
Fluent in English.
